Japanse tuin met een extreem hoogteverschil

We zijn uitgenodigd om een ontwerp te maken voor een Japanse tuin, in een natuurlijk bos gebied, met fantastische hoogte verschillen.
De klant had er veel plezier in om het terrein zelf leeg te halen. Wij konden starten met een schoon canvas.

Het gebied is enorm zanderig.

Met groot materieel starten we met de basis, grondverbetering!

Grove contouren worden gecreëerd.

Grote zwarte rotsen gaan hier body geven aan de tuin.

Veel rotsen…

Zorgvuldig uitzoeken en plaatsing van de rotsen is erg belangrijk.

Het lijkt nu complete willekeur maar er zit zeker een gedachte achter.

Met groot bedoelen we echt groot…

Azalea en taxus bollen vormen de groene basis van deze tuin.

Dit samen met authentieke Japanse vormbomen maakt het groene skelet.

Werk in uitvoering.

Oer Nederlands was het verzoek om toch een stuk gazon aan de achterzijde toe te passen.

Aan de voorzijde gebruiken we het hoogte verschil om een droge rivierbedding te maken.

Nu beginnen de lijnen en stenen in elkaar te vallen.

Bovenaanzicht

Nog meer groen blijvers vormen rust in de tuin.

Diversiteit aan vast planten en enkele grote esdoorns maken een mooi geheel.

Bodembedekkers en vaste planten aangeplant, groeien maar!
